Chocolate lovers have been offered the chance of a mouth-watering opportunity to become a chocolatier.

Backed by the Government Kickstart Scheme, head chocolatier at CocoCaravan Raw Chocolate, Jacques Cöp, is looking to train young people to produce high-quality chocolate from his premises on the site of the former Mother Nature restaurant in Bedford Street, Stroud.

Jacques, who specialises in raw chocolate, said: “We’re opening up for a training programme of 6 months for young people who want to get their hands on chocolate.”

And after learning the ins and outs of chocolate-making, Jacques hopes to offer a full-time job to any successful candidates.
