Ingredients

Flour to coat your work surface, 1 x 12 inch pizza base, 60g marinara sauce, 25g vegetarian Parmesan cheese finely grated, 115g mozzarella cheese grated or sliced, 55g goat cheese crumbled. and basil leaves torn for garnish.

If using a kitchen oven

Preheat your oven to 260°C.

Lightly flour a baking sheet or pizza pan, and place your pizza crust on it. Then spread marinara sauce over the crust, leaving a half inch border.

Next, add vegetarian Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and goat cheese.

Place in the oven and cook for approximately 8 – 10 minutes.
