It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the popular Prince Albert pub.

And pub landlady Lotte Lyster Connolly is certainly getting in the spirit as barman Ollie Green is offering regulars at the Rodborough pub the chance to pop in for a beer and pick up a Christmas tree.

The pub also participates in the Longfield Hospice Christmas tree collection service.

Lotte said: “We like doing it because the first Christmas tree came via Prince Albert, Queen Victoria’s husband, way back in the 1800s.

“It just seems right to sell the Christmas trees from here. We support local businesses by always getting them locally sustainable, and it’s always a local person selling them.”
