Stroud Camera Club members competed in the annual Monochrome competition in two sections, Printed Images and Digitally Projected Images, all judged by Martin Cooper from Gloucester Camera Club.

Martin is a well known and respected local photographer and a good friend of Stroud Camera Club. He gave a detailed and insightful critique of all the images, giving each one a score between 0 and 20.

In the Digital section two top images each scored 20 with Martin expressing a personal preference for Dramatic Sky on Iona by René Cason.

In the Prints section Martin awarded 20 points to At The End Of The Day by Richard Atkinson.

Scoring was close overall with some superb images from Roger Matthews, Trish Bloodworth and Francis Mridha all awarded 19 points.
