Dursley Town 1 Stonehouse Reserves 0

A goalkeeping masterclass saw Dursley Town goalkeeper Ben Jagger frustrate Stonehouse Reserves.

Jagger certainly caught the eye at the Rec as the Magpies had the better chances in the first-half. However, Karl Nash’s side rallied after the break and scored the only goal of the game on the hour through a Ryan Stevenson header from a corner.

A relieved Dursley boss Nash said: “It was a typical end of the season game and wasn’t blessed with lots of quality.

“I had six players missing and Stonehouse arguably had the better chances in the first half, but we managed the game brilliantly after our goal.”
