Dear Editor,

Jo Smith, who ran the Alzheimer Café in Nailsworth for the past 21
years, retired last Wednesday for a well earned rest.

Former nurse Jo, who organised the monthly café at Christ Church with volunteers for all those years, was given a big send off by helpers, dementia
sufferers and their partners on the last café before their summer break.

The café starts again on Wednesday, September 25th, 2pm to 4pm. Volunteer Richard Burt will be the new host. All are welcome.
