A vacant shop in Stroud is up for auction.

Trading previously as a waffles shop and a wine shop in the 1980s, the auction of the Nelson Street property will take place on Thursday, February 13 with a guide price of £90,000. 

It is described by estate agents Maggs and Allen as a three storey freehold mixed-use commercial premises.
