The incident happened at around 6.40pm, Thursday, on the A436 near Notgrove, a road between Andoversford and Bourton-on-the-Water.

Emergency services, including an air ambulance, attended and a woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

Four people have been taken to hospital by paramedics. Three of them have suspected serious injuries while the fourth has been taken to hospital to be checked over.
