A popular Nailsworth coffee shop and bakery has reassured customers that it is business as usual despite announcing it will leave its current premises later this year.
Happy Cinnamon Artisan Bakery, in Market Street, will remain open until 30 September, with owner Flora Ekla keen to dispel any speculation following a recent announcement about the future of the premises.
In a statement, Flora said: “We’ve seen some questions following a recent post about our premises, so we wanted to clarify the situation before any rumours start circulating.
“Happy Cinnamon will remain open at our current Nailsworth shop as usual until 30 September, and we continue to warmly welcome everyone for your favourite breads, pastries, cakes and coffee.
“We are currently working hard on the next chapter for Happy Cinnamon in Nailsworth after September and exploring the available options. As soon as we have confirmed plans, we will share them with you directly.
“For now, nothing changes — we are open, baking fresh every day, and very much looking forward to seeing you in the shop. Your continued support genuinely matters to our small family business.”
The bakery has become a favourite for its artisan breads, pastries, cakes and speciality coffee, and customers are now eagerly awaiting news of its next chapter in Nailsworth.
