Strip, an exciting new steak bar and grill has opened its doors to join the line-up of fantastic eateries at Five Valleys Market in Stroud.

Headed up by Ross Sanders who brings over 20 years of experience as a seasoned CEO and food operator while head chef Arthur creates a mouth watering menu.

The ethos behind Strip is tasty, simple, rapid and inexpensive food done well. The concise menu consists of locally sourced 30 day-aged Black Angus Steak, chips, and a selection of side dishes including mac and cheese and onion strips. For drinks, Strip is serving IPAs, beers and Hard Seltzers. 

Ross said: “The Five Valleys Market is the perfect location to bring our new business model to, it has become the food hub of the area boasting cuisines from across the globe.”

“Strip complements the line-up perfectly, bringing something completely unique and new to the town whilst still keeping the artisanal feel of the rest of the Market by using locally sourced produce in our menu.”

“We care about good quality food and providing a 5-star dining experience, which is why we have appointed our incredibly talented Head Chef Arthur, who trained at Gordon Ramsay’s Culinary School, and we plan to host a diary of exciting events which we are really looking forward to announcing in the coming weeks.”

The 40-seat restaurant joins a terrific line-up at Five Valleys, including Thai 2 Go, Armadeli, La Cantina, Kyuri Sushi and more.
