The ethos behind Strip is tasty, simple, rapid and inexpensive food done well. The concise menu consists of locally sourced 30 day-aged Black Angus Steak, chips, and a selection of side dishes including mac and cheese and onion strips. For drinks, Strip is serving IPAs, beers and Hard Seltzers.

“Strip complements the line-up perfectly, bringing something completely unique and new to the town whilst still keeping the artisanal feel of the rest of the Market by using locally sourced produce in our menu.”
“We care about good quality food and providing a 5-star dining experience, which is why we have appointed our incredibly talented Head Chef Arthur, who trained at Gordon Ramsay’s Culinary School, and we plan to host a diary of exciting events which we are really looking forward to announcing in the coming weeks.”
