Stagecoach West has announced its Christmas timetables.
The Stagecoach West Christmas and New Year timetables run from Thursday 22nd December 2022 to Tuesday 3rd January 2023 when normal service will resume. A level of service has been maintained on key routes throughout December, with the exception of Christmas Day.

Rachel Geliamassi, Managing Director, Stagecoach West, said: “Christmas is a special time to spend with family and friends. Whilst ensuring we can still serve our communities over the festive period, the reduced timetables allow our teams to also get a well-deserved break and enjoy time to spend with their loved ones.
“In the most part, our drivers and teams will be here throughout the festivities to make sure our customers can travel to celebrations or, in some instances work, safely and easily. “
In the spirit of Christmas, during December, a number of drivers on selected routes, will be dressed up as Santa and collecting donations for Stagecoach West’s designated animal charities.
Thursday 22, Friday 23 December:
Normal weekday service, except special timetables on the following routes:
· Cheltenham – 10, 41. Saturday Service on the 94/94X.
· Gloucester – 1, 8, 10. Saturday Service on the 94/94X.
Christmas Eve – Saturday 24 December:
Normal Saturday service, with an early finish on the following services:
· Bristol – 10, 11, 50, 84, 85, 86
· Cheltenham – A, B, C, D, 10, 41*, 51, 94, 97/98
· Gloucester – 1, 2/2A, 8, 9, 10, 12, 22, 23, 24, 32, 94, 97/98
· Swindon – 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 49, 51, 55, S6
Christmas Day – Sunday 25 December:
No buses will run.
Boxing Day – Sunday 26 December:
No buses will run, except special timetables on the following routes:
Tuesday 27 December:
Sunday service
28, 29, 30 December:
Normal weekday service on all routes, except the following which will run a special timetable:
· Cheltenham – 10, 41. Saturday Service on the 94/94X.
· Gloucester – 1, 8, 10. Saturday Service on the 94/94X.
· Swindon – 7
New Year’s Eve – Saturday 31 December:
Saturday service, except the following which will run a special timetable:
· Cheltenham – 41. Service N94 will run a Saturday timetable into the early hours of New Year’s Day. The last departure from Cheltenham Promenade will be at 0300 and from Gloucester at 0330.
New Year’s Day – Sunday 1 January
No buses running, except for the following which will run a special timetable:
· Cheltenham – 10, 94, Cheltenham Races Shuttle Bus
