Allsorts challenges local businesses in their latest fundraiser

Taking place on July 16th, at Archway School, Stroud, the Allsorts Sportathon will pitch eight teams against each other to compete for the 2022 trophy.

This action-packed sports event will give participants a real sense of achievement whilst they have fun together as a team, as well as raising vital funds for Allsorts.

Allsorts offers a range of activities for young people with disabilities and additional needs. By bringing children and their families together, they find friendships through a community of like-minded people. Allsorts sport, health and fitness activities also help young people stay fit and active and provide a safe and supportive environment.

The Sportathon is made up of four different sports Allsorts offers to the young people they work with. Participants will be swinging those bats in a competitive game of Softball. They will run those defenders raged in an action-packed game of Bench Ball. They’ll need to get that brain fired up for a tactical game of Boccia and take it back to their school days by trying the sports day inspired athletics event.

This is a great way for local businesses to get their teams back together and re-energise their teamwork skills.

All funds raised will go towards helping Allsorts offer essential health and fitness activities for young disabled children.
