Police are appealing for information after a report that a teenager robbed a woman of her mobile phone in Matson, Gloucester.
The woman, who is in her 50s, had been walking on Matson Lane close to St Katharine’s Church at around 9pm on Wednesday 11 December when the incident happened.
A male in his late teens had come up behind her as she walked a dog with her daughter and intentionally bumped into her, causing her to drop her phone.
The teenager then picked up the phone and ran off in the direction of near-by fields.
He is described as being white, aged between 15 and 19-years-old and was wearing a blue hooded top.
Officers have been reviewing doorbell footage and CCTV and are now appealing for anyone with information who has not yet spoken to police to come forward.
