Officers are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage of a collision that took place on the M5 on New Year’s Eve (Saturday 31 December).
The collision occurred at around 2pm on the M5 northbound, just past the Michaelwood Services. It involved a white Peugeot 3008 and a black VW Polo. Both vehicles left the carriageway on the nearside and ended up on the embankment.
Emergency services attended and the driver of the VW Polo was taken to hospital having sustained minor injuries. No one else was physically injured.
