An artisan patisserie called The Patisserie Box has opened in Cirencester.
The grand opening was on April 2nd, 2025, at The Bishops Walk. They are now open daily from 8.30am to 4pm.
The Patisserie Box is described as a place for handcrafted delights, and visitors are encouraged to come and discover what makes their patisserie special.
Founded in 2016 by Xavier Pellou, The Patisserie Box has built a loyal following through its handcrafted artisan patisserie, vibrant macarons, New York-style cookies, and seasonal treats.
Director Bee Pelloux told Stroud Times: “After successfully growing our UK-wide delivery service, this kiosk marks a major milestone in our journey, and we’re thrilled to bring our signature French patisserie to Cirencester.
“What makes our story special is the resilience of our business.
“As a small, independent family-run business, we’ve worked hard to navigate the challenges posed by COVID-19 and come back even stronger. Opening our kiosk represents not just our passion for quality patisserie but also our dedication to serving our local community.
“We are currently offering free samples at the kiosk and would love to invite the public to come experience what we believe is the best French patisserie in the Cotswolds.”
