Body found of missing man in Slad

A body of a man in his 30s was found by a member of the public in woodland in the Slad area on Wednesday.

The death is being treated as non-suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.

The police have referred itself to the Independent Office for Police Conduct as the man had recently been reported missing.
