Brimscombe & Thrupp FC have recruited former Malmesbury Victoria coach Ant Brown as their new assistant manager.
Club chairman Neil Long said: “We are delighted to announced that Ant Brown has decided to come on board as assistant manager.
“Having previously won promotion with Malmesbury Vics, his experience and attributes are a huge boost for not only Tim Bond’s management team, but the club, also.”
On his move to the Lilywhites, Brown said: “Having enjoyed working with Bondy (Tim Bond) previously and knowing what great people this club has behind the scenes, it’s a good opportunity to quickly get back into the game.
“Last year was not a great year for the club suffering relegation. Bondy and myself will be hoping to change that and put things right on the pitch to bring back the buzz to Brimscombe.”
