Nestled in the hills above Stroud, Burleigh Court is a stunning 200-year-old 18-room luxurious country house boutique hotel set within a Grade II listed manor.

Reopened at the end of January 2022, following a month-long closure that saw five further guest rooms given a makeover, Burleigh Court has also extended its Oak Room restaurant introducing a new layout/design that offers enhanced ambiance and a more distinctive dining experience.

The hotel’s 2 AA Rosette restaurant, headed by Chef Shaun Jones, is also in the final stages of an expansion to accommodate more covers.

The restaurant’s menu presents a unique take on modern Cotswold food, using only the very best local ingredients, including locally reared and wild meats as well as kitchen-garden and foraged produce. Its brand promise is “Consistently good food with a view”. The extension allows more covers to be accommodated per service.
