Business is blooming at Five Valleys with the town’s popular Lily Pad florist the latest retailer to take on additional space at the centre.

Lily Pad has been part of the Five Valleys centre for the last four years – recently operating from the traditional florist’s cart at the centre and before that as part of the artisan and street food market.

The popular shop has now taken on more space for the next few months, during the busy autumn and Christmas period, and can be found next door to the Master Cobbler near to Peacocks and Sandersons in the mall area. The florist also has a shop on Gloucester Street in the town.

As well as wedding, special occasion and funeral flowers Lily Pad also create beautiful, seasonal hand tied bouquets and always stocks a fabulous variety of fresh flowers. They also pride themselves on providing a personalised service to all their customers.

Mandy Causton from The Lily Pad said: “We love being part of the Five Valleys centre and this new location gives us a great space during this really busy time of year – so watch out for lots of beautiful ideas for autumn and of course for the Christmas period, including of course some creative wreaths.”

Centre Manager at Five Valleys, Erica Malpass, said: “The Lily Pad is a great local company here in Stroud and we are delighted to be able to accommodate them in a larger space at this busy time of year.”

“We have some really exciting changes and opportunities coming up at Five Valleys – including three new businesses opening over the next four weeks and opportunities for new businesses in our market area.”
