The Fresh Standard Brew Co, based in Woodchester, is excited to announce the grand reawakening of its tap room next month.
After a brief hiatus for renovations, The Fresh Standard is set to welcome beer enthusiasts and the community back to its revitalized Tap Room. The newly updated space promises a vibrant atmosphere, where patrons can relish not only an exceptional range of craft beers but also culinary delights, live music, and an overall inviting ambience.
As part of the grand reawakening celebration on March 1st, Mama’s Family Food will be serving their mouth watering Cheese Steaks from 5:00 pm onwards, creating the perfect pairing with The Fresh Standard Brewery’s diverse beer line up
The evening will be further elevated with live music by the band Cellar Door starting at 7pm, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all attendees.
In addition to the tap room reawakening, The Fresh Standard is gearing up for an exciting year ahead, with plans to expand its presence in local pubs. This initiative aims to bring the brewery’s exceptional craft beers to even more members of the community, fostering a sense of connection and community through shared experiences.
“We are not only reawakening our Tap Room but also extending our reach to some fantastic local pubs,” said Richard Taylor, Director at The Fresh Standard Brewery. “Our craft beers can now be enjoyed regularly at The Royal Oak in Woodchester and as guest beers at select pubs like The Ship, The Prince Albert, The Bowbridge Arms, The Golden Fleece, and The Townowl Taphouse. We are excited to bring our community closer together through our craft beers and shared experiences.”

Starting March 1st, The Fresh Standard Tap Room will be open on Fridays and Saturdays from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and on Sundays from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. In addition, The Fresh Standard can also be found at Stroud Market every 2nd and 3rd Saturday of the month. And the new Stroud Vegan Market on the last Sunday of the month.
