Just like in an upmarket bar, but better because it’s made by you! This is a sublime cocktail that you can make at home following our step-by-step instructions, writes Mandy Applegate.

If you want to make two drinks or more, then use the serving option to increase your ingredients – trust us, you’ll want more!

Fill your glass with ice cubes to cool it. Place all your ingredients, except for the passion fruit half, into your cocktail shaker and add plenty of ice cubes to your cocktail shaker – making sure that you have the lid firmly secured, shake it as vigorously as you can for 30 seconds, it should look nice and frothy.

Take the ice out of your glass and get a cocktail strainer, place it over the mouth of the cocktail shaker and pour the mixture into your glass – the froth should lay on the top of your drink. Place your passion fruit half in the centre of your drink and pour prosecco, crémant, cava or champagne into a shot glass and serve. It’s fabulous darling, get ready to make another one – enjoy!
