Cyclist,79, dies after collision with Mercedes car in Hardwicke

A cyclist involved in a collision with a Mercedes car in Hardwicke ten days ago has died.

The collision happened on an unnamed road close to the junction with Elmstone Lane West on Tuesday 4 March.

A man, aged 79 and from Hardwicke, was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital with serious head injuries and died on Friday 14 March.

Officers would now like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed anything in the lead up to the collision or who has dashcam or CCTV footage which they believe to be relevant.
