Steph, who is married to Razorlight drummer Andy Burrows and is also the creative director at the hotel, said: “My mission is to create workouts within a nurturing environment that focus on benefitting mental health as well as physical health. Working out together in a group class is motivating and whilst it can feel intimidating trying something new we are all about teaching classes that work for all levels of fitness so you can improve in your own time in with the support of the instructors.”
