Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage of a vehicle which ended up on its roof on the A436 near Seven Springs on Monday, April 14.
Shortly before 7.10pm police were called with a report that a blue BMW had flipped and was upside down.
Emergency services attended the scene, which was between the National Star College and the Seven Springs roundabout, and road closures were put in place.
Both occupants of the vehicle were taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital by paramedics. One remains there with serious injuries and the other has been discharged.
The circumstances of the collision are under investigation and two men have been arrested in connection with it.
It is believed that the blue BMW may have been driven dangerously prior to the collision in the Birdlip and Seven Springs areas.
Investigating officers are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed this, or the collision, and anyone who may have dashcam footage of what took place.
