Hardwicke 1 Dursley Town 5

Dursley Town boss Karl Nash got the reaction he demanded as his side thumped Hardwicke 5-1.

Aaron Nash helped himself to a brace and strikes from Joey Gray and Billy Mann saw Town race into a 4-0 lead at the break.

Hardwicke pulled a goal back from the spot before substitute Theo Brown hit the fifth.

Nash was delighted with Dursley’s response after losing at home to rivals Charfield last week, he said: “It was great to get back to winning ways and it was the reaction I was after, but by all means not perfect.

“We were very clinical in the first half and the second half was the case of good habits and the boys managed the game.”
