Gloucestershire-based construction company Eleven Builders Ltd has been named runner-up at the prestigious 2025 Sunday Express Construction & Property Awards.

The ceremony brought together some of the UK’s leading construction and property companies to celebrate excellence across the industry. Following the company’s recent Gold Award win at the National Building & Construction Awards 2025, this latest recognition marks another major milestone for the growing Gloucestershire business.

“Being recognised again on a national stage means a huge amount to us,” said Harrison Yorke, Founder and Managing Director of Eleven Builders Ltd.

“Following our Gold win earlier this year, to now be named Runner Up at the Sunday Express awards is something we’re incredibly proud of. It reflects the hard work, care and commitment our team brings to every project.”

Harrison, Richard and site foreman Jan attended the awards ceremony alongside Harrison’s wife Faith and Richard’s partner Delia to accept the recognition.

About Eleven Builders Ltd

Founded in 2019 by Harrison Yorke and later joined by his father Richard, Eleven Builders has grown steadily to become one of Gloucestershire’s most trusted names for home extensions, refurbishments and bespoke residential builds.

The company is known for employing local tradespeople, supporting apprenticeships and maintaining strong relationships within the local community. Eleven Builders focuses on clear communication, thoughtful planning and craftsmanship that stands the test of time.

The judges recognised the company’s commitment to quality workmanship, communication and customer experience — values that continue to shape every project the team delivers.

“This recognition reflects the effort our whole team puts in every day,” added Harrison. “We’ve built the business on trust, quality and genuinely caring about the work we do, so it’s incredibly rewarding to see that recognised nationally.”

Looking Ahead

The award represents another important step forward for Eleven Builders and reinforces the company’s commitment to maintaining high standards as it continues to grow.

Following back-to-back national recognition at both the National Building & Construction Awards and the Sunday Express Construction & Property Awards, the team remains focused on delivering the same level of quality, service and attention to detail that built the company’s reputation.

Harrison and the team are already looking ahead to future projects across Gloucestershire and beyond, determined to continue raising the bar for quality residential construction.

A Word of Thanks

The team at Eleven Builders extended their gratitude to all clients, partners and supporters for their continued trust and support.

These awards represent not only the company’s dedication to its craft, but also the relationships built with homeowners and communities across Gloucestershire.

Eleven Builders remains proud to represent the region on a national stage and looks forward to continuing to create high-quality, bespoke spaces for years to come.
