This esteemed recognition highlights Julie’s exceptional contributions and unwavering dedication to Events Design and Management.
This award is awarded annually by the Business Awards UK, Events and Exhibitions Awards sector, and recognises individuals who demonstrate outstanding achievements and innovation in the field of events. Jules stood out among a competitive field of nominees for her remarkable work in designing and delivering unique events into the community of Gloucestershire.

In accepting the award, Jules expressed gratitude and emphasised the importance of support. “Having the encouragement of my family and colleagues from the University of Gloucestershire where I lecture in business management, plus my amazing customers is so important to me. Since graduating in 2021 I have developed my events and also completed a Master’s Degree to excel at my craft. To be recognised nationally is such an honour”.
Jules explains her ability to transform vision into reality and anticipate and address challenges effectively has earned her the trust and admiration of her customers. “My unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, sets me apart as a leader in the field. From simple wedding fairs to more complex, large events the attention to detail and care given remains the same.”
Jules has designed and delivered what is set to become a UK famous event – The Alternative Market held in Gloucester prison, which continues to develop and improve, as well as Gloucestershire’s 1st alternative wedding fair. She is keen to add more unique events to her portfolio through 2025 and beyond.
