The team at Stroud’s famous Fat Toni’s Italian restaurant have launched a pop-up pizza stall at the Five Valleys Market this month.

Owner Darren Orsi and the Fat Toni’s team are serving up delicious traditional pizza slices, as well as New York and Sicilian style pizza throughout December – in the busy run up to Christmas.

The pop-up pizza stall will be operating from 11am-4pm on Tuesdays through to Saturdays in the stall next to Mr Souvlaki. The space is due to be transformed into The Biryani Pot – a new Indian restaurant – early in the New Year.

Fat Tonis are running the pop up alongside their full restaurant and takeaway business which can be found next to The Vue at Five Valleys.

Darren said: “We love being part of the Five Valleys food line up and its great to have the opportunity to do something a little different in the food hall for the next few weeks.

“Our pizza slices are already proving really popular, and of course we still have the full restaurant, which is open right through December, except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day.”

Fat Toni’s launched the pop-up pizza stall in time for the Stroud Goodwill Festival on Friday.

Centre manager Erica Malpass said: “It was great to see the centre and the town so busy during the Goodwill Evening on Friday and to see everyone enjoying the fantastic food we have in our food hall and street food market.

“It’s great to have the Fat Tonis team joining us for the next few weeks and we’ll have more pop-up traders across the centre, here at Five Valleys in the next few days – so watch this space.”

The team at Fat Toni’s have a passion for fresh, ethically sourced sustainable food – championing high quality take away food as well as offering an authentic Italian menu.

The company has restaurants in Stroud and Gloucester. To book a table visit the restaurants website on https://fattoni.co.u. and to keep up to date with news and events at Five Valleys visit www.fivevalleysstroud.co.uk
