Final push: Can you provide scaffolding for Charlea community build?

MOST READ

Volunteers building a shelter at Charlea Community Gardens in Brimscombe have reached as far as they can – literally.

Having leaned out and stretched up, the sloping site is proving a step too far.

Organiser Graham Russell said: “Charlea would love to hear from anyone with scaffolding who would be willing to help the volunteers reach for the roof.

Scaffolding for two or three weeks would mean that volunteers can get the shelter finished.

“The shelter will be for school groups and local residents as part of a 3-acre open space project.”

Charlea has been supported by lots of local people – if you would be willing to provide and erect scaffolding then please contact Graham Russell on 07940595007.
