Five Valleys shopping centre attracts new business

A popular, independent tanning group chain is set to open their sixth salon at Five Valleys in Stroud this spring.

The Tanning Room, with salons already based in Witney, Carterton, Cirencester and Swindon, is now coming to Five Valleys with a premium offer featuring the very latest technology in the tanning industry.

The owners behind the Tanning Room, Victoria Gordon and Jaine Buxton, were impressed with the footfall levels at the shopping centre and feel it the ideal location for expanding their business.

Victoria said: “We’re thrilled to be opening our sixth salon in such an up-and-coming area. Five Valleys has clearly received a huge amount of investment and the centre is looking great, we certainly feel it is the right environment for our clients to come and enjoy a spot of shopping or eating out whilst receiving one of our treatments.”

The salon supports responsible tanning with all staff members fully trained on UV tanning enabling them to offer guidance for all skin types.

As well as offering a number of premium and VIP solariums the salon will also be offering collagen red light therapy beds which aid recovery and help with aging skin, stretch marks, acne, scars, poor circulation, pigmentation, Psoriasis and much more.

For those who do not have time to gradually build a tan, spray tans will also be offered at the salon helping shoppers achieve the perfect sun kissed glow in as little as ten minutes.

Five Valleys shopping centre already offers beauty lovers a 24-hour gym, nail bar and a range of health care and beauty products stocked within independent department store, Sandersons Boutique.

Estates Surveyor, Olly Jansen, said: “We are delighted to welcome another great tenant to Five Valleys and look forward to seeing the salon once open.”

The Tanning Room is hoping to be open from March and will be recruiting a number of positions to add to their already strong team across the group.
