Forest Green: Robbie Savage thanks Coventry City boss Frank Lampard after Isaac Moore joins Rovers on loan

Robbie Savage has thanked Coventry City boss Frank Lampard after the loan signing of Isaac Moore was ratified this evening, Thursday.

Moore is yet to make his senior debut for after coming through the Sky Blues’ academy, but was part of four of Lampard’s Championship matchday squads last season.

The 19-year-old only signed a new three-year contract last month.

Savage said: “Isaac is a really enthusiastic lad who wants to come and play football.

“He’s 6ft 2in, box-to-box, has plenty of energy and sees this as an opportunity to come and learn.

“A big thank you to Frank (Lampard) and Coventry City for allowing him to come here and putting their trust in us as a football club with one of their very good young talents.”

Moore’s arrival follows the capture of Jayden Clarke from Gillingham earlier today.
