The former Coach and Horses pub on Westward Road is entering an exciting new chapter as it transforms into Grande Italia, a vibrant new Italian restaurant set to officially open on Tuesday, November 18.
After months of renovation, the historic building has been completely refurbished — with a freshly painted white exterior, a landscaped garden, and a modern interior designed to reflect Italy’s warm and welcoming spirit.
According to the restaurant’s website, Grande Italia is “a celebration of Italy’s timeless culinary heritage,” serving a menu inspired by traditional family recipes. Guests can look forward to freshly prepared pastas, risottos, pizzas, and other regional Italian favorites.
Grande Italia will open Monday to Saturday, 12–3pm and 5–11pm, and Sundays, 12–9:30pm.
