Harry Potter and Blackadder legend set to visit Tetbury

MOST READ

Harry Potter and Blackadder star Miranda Richardson comes to Tetbury on 14 March for a one-off live show as part of the first-ever Tetbury Music Festival Song Weekend at Westonbirt House.

The performance shines a spotlight on Shakespeare’s most fascinating female characters, from heroines and lovers to witches and fairies, and features spoken word and song.

Richardson is joined by award-winning soprano Sophie Bevan and pianist Christopher Glynn, who explore how these heroines and anti-heroines have inspired composers through the ages.

It’s an ideal evening out for anyone who loves theatre, powerful storytelling, or classic drama.

The concert takes place in the stunning setting of Westonbirt House, a historic country house in Tetbury, offering audiences a rare chance to see world-class performers up close, right on their doorstep.
