Police are appealing for information as a puppy is believed to have been stolen in Nailsworth yesterday, Thursday, July 8th.
Officers were called earlier today (Friday) with a report that a five-month-old beige Brindle Lurcher puppy called Moth had disappeared after escaping from a premises
The puppy was later seen in the car park of Morrisons on George Street at around 3.30pm yesterday.
CCTV enquiries at the supermarket show that two people in a blue transit van took the dog which was wearing a collar and had his lead attached. They may know where he now is.
Enquiries are ongoing to identify the transit van and anyone who was in the area yesterday or witnessed this is asked to please get in contact.
