Help spruce up Stroud

Stroud Rotary is helping to spruce up Stroud.

Martyn Harwood, from Stroud Rotary, said: “Back in January we carried out a survey of the town and identified a lot of grot spots that needed tidying up.   We followed up with our first litter pick.

“Volunteers are being sought to help Stroud Rotary and the local councils with this exciting project to make the town smarter.”

The Club is running a “Community Litter Pick” on Thursday, April 28, 9.45 am outside the Sub Rooms. Litter pickers, bags and high viz jackets are supplied but helpers need to bring their own gloves.

Anyone interested in helping with the litter pick please contact info@stroudrotary.org.uk, facebook@stroudrotary or look at our website for more information.
