The council has been notified by Npower that there will be a temporary interruption of the power supply to Ebley Mill between noon and 5pm on Wednesday 13th September 2023 while it carries out essential works to a nearby sub-station.

A generator will power critical infrastructure at Ebley Mill as is usual during situations like these, but to ensure the safety of staff and public the main reception will be closed during this time.

Staff will work remotely for the rest of the day to ensure council services remain available during this planned temporary power cut.

You will be able to contact us as usual by phone and email during this time: www.stroud.gov.uk/council-and-democracy/about-the-council/contact-us

Npower has confirmed that this interruption to supply will only affect Ebley Mill. All other SDC sites and businesses and residents in the immediate area will not be impacted.

Reception will re-open at 8.45am on Thursday 14th September 2023.
