Dursley Town turned the tables on Northern Senior leaders Tredworth Tigers in a compelling battle at the top of the table.

Town player manager Karl Nash opened the scoring on 30 minutes after Ben Jagger had denied Tredworth boss Lee Smith from the spot.

In-form Aaron Nash made it 2-0 before the break. Tigers pulled a goal back, but Town remained resolute to the delight of boss Nash: “We started sharply and my team kept working hard, creating good chances and it was a very good team performance.”

Dursley are now level on points with Tredworth with a game in hand.
