A special charity day in memory of Jack Mitchell took place at Painswick rugby club this weekend.
This year’s Jack Mitchell Memorial Trophy saw Painswick All-Stars take on Cainswick Barbarians.
Throughout the day there were also bouncy castles, face painting, a BBQ, a prize draw raffle and ice cream.

Jack, 24, who died in 2017, served in Kenya as a signaller for the British Army and funds raised from the memorial day will go to PRFC and two Kenyan charities.
These are the Nanyuki Children’s Charitable Trust, which gives money to deprived children in Kenya, and the Mount Kenya Wildlife Conservancy, which runs an animal orphanage in the country.
