Embattled Forest Green boss Steve Cotterill insists his out-of-sorts side should be in rude health for the play-offs as they fell to a 2-1 defeat at Wealdstone, stretching their winless run on the road to six games.
Always a glass half full, Cotterill told BBC Radio Gloucestershire’s Billy Hunt: “Everybody is thinking about the play-offs and there is that little lull at the moment.
“I think the players want to win, I am sure about that, but it is not quite like you are at that do or die moment if you know what I mean. I think they are okay, I don’t feel anything.”

Earlier, Rovers gained a foothold as Adam May rattled the bar with a free-kick and then winger Jordon Garrick broke the deadlock in the 18th minute.
However, Alex Reid found parity from the spot with three minutes of the first half to go.
Nine minutes from time, Reid fired in his 16th league goal of the season to win it for Wealdstone.
