Two people have been arrested and charged in connection with a police pursuit earlier this month.
Tyree Bundy, aged 35 and of Trilleck Avenue in Hereford, has been charged with driving a motor vehicle dangerously, two counts of possession with intent to supply a class B drug, namely cannabis, two counts of possession with intent to supply a class A drug, namely crack cocaine and MDMA, and failing to provide a sample of blood for analysis.
Jack Powles-Perkins, aged 30 and of Bryngwyn Close in Hereford, has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply a class B drug, namely cannabis, and two counts of possession with intent to supply a class A drug, namely crack cocaine and MDMA.
They were remanded in custody and are due to appear at Gloucester Crown Court on Friday 8 September.
The charges relate to the pursuit of a suspected stolen vehicle which took place on the M5 southbound carriageway on the evening of Saturday 5 August, with the pursuit coming to an end near to the M5 southbound exit slip road at junction 13.
