The specialist conveyancing firm Montpellier Legal has expanded its presence in the region with brand new premises at Five Valleys in Stroud.

The team from the leading legal firm have now moved into their purpose-built new premises at the town centre development – adding Stroud to the company’s growing list of locations.

The striking new building at the heart of the Five Valley’s development has delivered 2,000 sq. ft. of modern office space which has now been transformed into Montpellier Legal’s latest town centre branch.

The latest development is part of the £30m transformation of Five Valleys with Montpellier Legal the latest company to join the growing line up of retail, leisure and office tenants at the centre.

The company already has existing successful branches in Cheltenham, Gloucester and London, and the team are now looking forward to working with local agents as well as  homeowners looking to make their next move.

Launched more than three years ago by a group of industry leaders, the company has established itself as a trusted and skilled service for home buyers and sellers.  Unlike many other law firms, Montpellier Legal focuses entirely on the specialist area of conveyancing – with a nearly 60 strong team working in the property sector.

As well as high quality office space and a growing retail line up Five Valleys is also home to a new Medical Centre and the town’s brand new library which opened in April and has already welcomed more than 35,000 visitors through the doors.

Construction on the new office development for Montpellier Legal was completed earlier in the summer ready for the team to complete the internal fit out and establish their Stroud team.

Around ten members of staff are initially working from the Stroud offices with plans to expand the team.

Nick Ponting, Chief Operating Officer, said: “The new office building looks fantastic and this is a great location for us – right in the heart of the town and incredibly convenient for our clients and for our team.

“It is fantastic to see the transformation that has taken place at Five Valleys and we are really pleased to be a part of that and look forward to working with the local community here in the town.”

“Montpellier Legal bringing their newest branch here is another fantastic milestone for the centre. The new offices look fantastic and we wish the whole team all the very best with their future growth in their new Stroud location.”

The next phase of work at Five Valleys started earlier this month, delivering further retail, office and residential space at the cent5re.
