Stratford Park Leisure Centre and its sister site in Dursley has brought in a new ‘no show’ charge into force.

As of Monday, February 17, Active Lifestyles Dursley and Active Lifestyles Stroud will charge £4 for a no-show to a pre-booked fitness class, this charge is to make sure that everyone has a fair chance to use the classes and services.

In an email to members Stroud District Council said: “To prevent this charge, you will need to cancel your booking with more than 2 hours’ notice. You can do this via the App or Website. If you are unable to do this or need to cancel within the 2 hours, please call your relevant Centre. ‌Dursley: 01453 546 441or ‌Stroud: 01453 766 771

“When arriving for your booking, please remember to scan upon entry or speak to one of the Customer Service Advisors at Reception to let them know of your attendance. This will prevent a No-Show charge on your account.”
