Letter to the editor: roads require urgent management

MOST READ

Dear Editor,

The roads in Gloucestershire require urgent management. There are many examples of cones being left in the road for no apparent reason.

Surely when the roadworks have been completed the cones can be removed quickly, to restore flows to normal? Or do they have to wait for a separate contractor to “get round to it”? An example is Dudbridge Road in Stroud.

Regards,

Rob Wilson
