Lily of the Five Valleys: Lily Pad relocate

MOST READ

The Lily Pad Florist has relocated to a prime position in the main mall area at Five Valleys shopping centre in Stroud.

The independent florist has been operating from a corner unit within the indoor market since 2020 and have now made the jump to a prime location outside of Wilko to sell their beautiful bouquets from a traditional florist cart.

The move makes room for another fantastic hot food trader to join the delicious gourmet street food offer in the borough market style food hall.

Mandy Causton from the Lily Pad said: “We love being part of the Five Valleys centre and can’t wait to show off our beautiful new florist cart, and of course stunning bouquets, in our new home in the busy mall area.”

The business also has a shop on Gloucester Street in the town and will be expanding their storage space at the centre to accommodate their growing wedding and events styling arm of the business.

The team at The Lily Pad pride themselves on providing a personalised service to all their customers. As well as wedding, special occasion and funeral flowers they also create stunning hand tied bouquets and have a fabulous variety of fresh flowers.

There is also an online service where customers can order flowers for the same day or next day delivery in the Gloucestershire area.

Centre Manager for Five Valleys, Jack Simpson, said: “We’re pleased to see that now the centre is approaching being fully let, pop up opportunities are now being created in our busy mall. We’re been able to work with The Lily Pad to create a model that meets theirs and their customers’ needs and the cart looks fantastic.”

Announcements on the new hot food retailer taking the former florist unit are soon to be made.
