Spread pizza sauce on the flatbread, leaving a ½ inch border. Then add tomatoes and mozzarella evenly over the sauce, and then place the pizza either directly on the pizza stone or on a baking tray and cook until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted, approximately 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, scatter with fresh basil leaves and an optional drizzle of olive oil and red pepper flakes, serve and enjoy!
