Motorcyclist tragically dies in collision

A motorcyclist has sadly died following a collision on the B4066 near Nympsfield this afternoon (Sunday 6 November).

The two-vehicle collision, which involved a motorbike and a red Volvo car, happened at around 2.40pm.

The motorcyclist was declared dead at the scene. The next of kin and the coroner have been informed.

Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the collision and would like to hear from anyone who hasn’t already been spoken to and who have may have witnessed the collision or the vehicles involved prior to the incident.

Officers would also like to speak to anybody who may have dashcam footage which they believe would be relevant.
