A Nailsworth eatery has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The top marks were handed out to the renowned Olive Tree restaurant following an assessment from the Food Standards Agency (FSA), carried out by Stroud District Council.

Owner Paddy Clatworthy, said: “You know you’re doing a great job but it’s even better to be told by the governing bodies that your standards are excellent.”
