Popular Mediterranean eatery The Olive Tree in Nailsworth has entered a new chapter, with Krish Sankuratri taking over from long-time owner Paddy Clatworthy, who stepped down after two decades of leading the well-loved restaurant and coffee house.

Mr Sankuratri, a passionate foodie with a background in Systems Engineering and Business Management, brings both business acumen and culinary enthusiasm to the role. “Taking on the opportunity to manage such a well-established and respected restaurant is both exciting and humbling,” he said.

Reassuring loyal customers, Mr Sankuratri confirmed that the menu and the restaurant’s warm, welcoming atmosphere will remain unchanged. “We are fully committed to maintaining the same high standards of quality and service that Olive Tree is known for,” he added.
