A popular Stroud restaurant has relocated to a new town site.
The Corner House previously served up delicious food for six years from the site of the former Stroud Music Centre on London Road and owner Antonio Matarazzo and his team have made the short move to a previously vacant site at Birch Restaurant on Union Street.
The change marks a fresh beginning for the restaurant and owner Antonio Matarazzo is delighted to welcome his first customers this evening: “I’m really excited and pleased with the way the building looks. Everyone has put loads of hard work in and the support we’ve had has been amazing.”
The restaurant will cater for 56 covers and will also benefit from the busy Stroud Farmers’ Market and will offer coffee and breakfast from 9am on Saturday.
