Nile Rodgers & Chic come to Cheltenham for a special open-air performance

Multi Grammy award-winning songwriter, composer, producer and guitarist Nile Rodgers comes to Cheltenham Racecourse on Friday 26th July for a non-race day spectacular under the stars.

Nile is a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee and a multiple Grammy Award winning songwriter, composer, producer, arranger, and guitarist.

As the co-founder of CHIC, Rodgers pioneered a musical language that generated chart-topping hits like “Le Freak”, the biggest selling single in the history of Atlantic Records and sparked the advent of hip-hop with “Good Times”.

With support from special guest Heather Small. As the voice of M People, with hits such as ‘Moving On Up’, ‘One Night In Heaven’ and ‘Search For The Hero’, Heather became one of the seminal British voices of the 1990’s.

Open to all ages with child tickets available from £15 (ages 2 and under go free). Adult tickets are available from £45. Those looking to level up their night can buy VIP tickets with a premium bar area and posh loo’s.

The event site will feature a variety of bars and independent food traders and concert goers are welcome to bring fold up chairs and blankets with them.
